Coverage at a Glance

One (1) Year - Wooden parts and surface finish

Five (5) Years - Mechanical parts & functional parts under normal use and with proper maintenance

Lifetime - Barrel warranty (transferable; enrollment required)

Every CZ-USA firearm is protected by a tiered warranty. Wooden parts and surface finishes are covered for one (1) year. All other major components and mechanical parts are covered for five (5) years under normal use and with proper maintenance. In addition, we offer a transferable lifetime warranty on barrels for firearms manufactured in 2020 or later, provided they are enrolled through the CZ Customer Club.

Firearms marked with a “ʎ” symbol at the end of the serial are designated as Blemished or Scratch & Dent models. These firearms carry all coverages EXCEPT cosmetic defects including, but not limited to, scratches, finish variations, handling marks, etc.

Lifetime Barrel Warranty

The barrel is the heart of your firearm, and we stand firmly behind its performance. Our Limited Lifetime Barrel Warranty ensures that your barrel will remain free of defects and maintain its expected accuracy consistent with factory specifications for that model and caliber for the life of the product. If a barrel ever fails under these conditions, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Accuracy claims must be evaluated using factory-recommended ammunition and tested by CZ-USA technicians.

Enrollment in the CZ Customer Club is required to activate lifetime barrel coverage. This warranty does not extend to Dan Wesson firearms, barrels used in professional, commercial, rental, law enforcement, or military service, or cosmetic wear such as scratches or finish blemishes. Proper maintenance and use are required for coverage, and any unauthorized modifications or misuse, such as improper cleaning, improper storage, obstructed bore, or firing with an obstruction, may void the warranty.

The Limited Lifetime Barrel Warranty is transferable if properly enrolled. All other warranties apply only to the original retail purchaser.

Contact CZ-USA’s Customer Service department for details on how to join the CZ Customer Club and enroll your firearm, visit club.czguns.com or contact CZ-USA’s Customer Service department.

Five-Year Limited Warranty

Beyond the barrel, your firearm is covered for five (5) years against defects in materials or workmanship. Wooden stocks and surface finishes are guaranteed for one (1) year. Firearms marked with a “ʎ” symbol are designated as Blemished or Scratch & Dent models and are still guaranteed for full mechanical function for five (5) years, but cosmetic defects are excluded from coverage.

As with the lifetime warranty, coverage does not extend to issues caused by careless handling, unauthorized adjustments, corrosion, improper ammunition, or normal wear and tear. CZ-USA alone determines whether a warranty claim is valid and what remedy will be provided. Warranty applies to consumer use only

Making a Warranty Claim

Filing a warranty claim is straightforward. The form is located at the bottom of this webpage. Fill it out in its entirety, to the best of your ability. Once reviewed, our service team will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number if the claim qualifies.

We cannot ship to or from P.O. Boxes, no exceptions. The firearm must be sent in its entirety via ground shipping, unless otherwise approved by CZ-USA in writing. Firearms sent must be unloaded with all required safety devices. Sending a receipt is not always necessary but will help facilitate faster processing of your request.

Please note: most customers may legally ship and receive their firearm directly to and from their residence. An FFL dealer is not always necessary. Exclusions apply.

Please ship your firearm in a simple, protective container. Premium or oversized hard cases may not be returned.

Please do not send accessories, aftermarket parts, or magazines that exceed the legal capacity of your area. Shipments that arrive with ammunition, spent casings, or without prior authorization will be refused and returned. Customers will receive an email confirmation when a firearm arrives at our facility, along with a tracking number once service is complete and the firearm is on its way back to you.

CZ-USA is not responsible for loss or damage in transit to our facility. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and insuring shipments.

If a valid warranty claim is made, CZ-USA’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the firearm and covering the transportation charge from CZ-USA’s facility.
