CZ-USA, a provider of high-quality firearms, is proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on CZ firearm barrels. We stand behind the craftsmanship and reliability of our products, and this warranty reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.

Coverage

Function and Accuracy: The Warranty covers defects and the normal and expected accuracy of CZ firearm barrels for the entire lifespan of the barrel subject to the conditions herein. If your CZ firearm barrel exhibits defects or degradation in normal or expected accuracy, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. If the barrel cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer you a similar item at no charge, as determined by CZ-USA in its sole discretion.

Firearm Enrollment Required

In order to be eligible for coverage under this Warranty, you must be a member of the CZ Customer Club and enroll your firearm with CZ-USA. Contact CZ-USA’s Customer Service department for details on how to join the CZ Customer Club and enroll your firearm, visit club.czguns.com or contact CZ-USA’s Customer Service department.

Limitations

The Warranty does not apply to firearms manufactured before January 1, 2020.

Barrel Finish Excluded: The Warranty does not cover the cosmetic aspects of the barrel finish. Normal wear and tear on the finish, including scratches and surface blemishes, are not covered. This Warranty is focused on ensuring the functional and accurate performance of the barrel.

Dan Wessons Excluded: The Warranty specifically excludes coverage for Dan Wessons. Issues related to the barrels of these firearms are not covered under this Warranty.

Professional-Use Firearms Excluded: The Warranty specifically excludes coverage for firearms owned and operated by professional law enforcement, military, or security services. Issues related to the barrels of these firearms are not covered under this Warranty.

Conditions

This Warranty is transferable. The Warranty is subject to proper use, care, and maintenance of the firearm as outlined in the CZ-USA user manual for the firearm. Any modifications or alterations to the barrel not authorized by CZ-USA may void this Warranty.

Exclusions

This Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage, defects, or loss of accuracy resulting directly or indirectly from:

Accidents, misuse, neglect, carelessness, or abuse
Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures
Use of improper or non-standard ammunition
Failure to follow safe and proper handling and shooting practices
Unauthorized repairs, adjustments, modifications or alterations

Any such actions shall void the Warranty. The Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products. The Warranty also does not cover indirect or consequential damages or losses. The Warranty is not valid outside the United States of America.

CZ-USA reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. All services covered by this Warranty shall only be performed by CZ-USA or a third-party designed by CZ-USA. No individual or entity other than CZ-USA possesses the right or authority to alter the obligations, limitations, disclaimers, or exclusions under this Warranty.

CZ-USA’S LIABILITY FOR POTENTIAL BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER CZ-USA WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS (TO BE DETERMINED AT CZ-USA’S SOLE DISCRETION). CZ-USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

To initiate a Warranty claim, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. You will then be contacted by CZ-USA’s warranty department. Any shipment received without a return authorization (RA) will be returned to the sender without being opened and without any liability to CZ-USA.

All item(s) subject to this Warranty must first be received and evaluated by CZ-USA before a repair or replacement will be authorized. All returned items should be packaged securely with ample padding. ALL FIREARMS MUST BE FULLY UNLOADED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. Unless specifically requested by CZ-USA, no ammunition should be shipped to CZ-USA as part of the Warranty process. Under no circumstances shall CZ-USA be responsible for any loss or damage to products in transit.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Limited Five Year Warranty

All CZ-USA firearms are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year on wooden parts and surface treatment and five (5) years on other parts. Firearms stamped with a “ʎ” symbol have been determined to be “Blems” (Blemished) and/or “Scratch and Dent” by CZ-USA prior to sale or distribution, due to a cosmetic defect. These firearms are warranted to be free from mechanical defects ONLY for five (5) years. These firearms are not warranted to be free from cosmetic defects for any period of time.

This warranty is granted by CZ-USA, P.O. Box 171073, Kansas City, KS 66117-0073 to the original retail purchaser of the firearm with proof of purchase. CZ-USA will not be responsible for the results of careless handling; unauthorized adjustments; defective, low quality, surplus, reloaded or improper ammunition; corrosion; neglect; ordinary wear and tear; or unreasonable use. Furthermore, the liability of CZ-USA under this warranty shall be limited solely in the event of a valid Limited Warranty claim to the obligation to replace or repair the firearm, and to pay the related transportation charge from the facility of CZ-USA. CZ-USA alone shall determine whether the use of the firearm causing damage is covered by the Limited Warranty and the remedy for a valid Limited Warranty claim. All such determinations by CZ-USA are final and binding upon you. CZ-USA’s LIABILITY, AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, FOR DEFECTIVE FIREARM SHALL BE LIMITED SOLELY TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR, AS CZ-USA MAY ELECT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CZ-USA AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY CZ-USA HEREIN, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT THAT APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT FOR SUCH A DISCLAIMER, CZ-USA AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY LIMIT ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO TIME PERIODS OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CZ-USA BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS OR INJURY TO PROPERTY, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you qualify for a warranty/custom/paid repair work, the service center will issue a Return Authorization number. The Return Authorization number must appear on the package in BOLD lettering.

Include a copy of your original sales receipt or ATF Form 4473. In lieu of the previously mentioned items, the warranty period will be based on the original date of sale from CZ-USA to the FFL dealer.

Include a detailed explanation of the issue along with your name, phone number, email and a physical address (NO P.O. BOX PLEASE).

The firearm must be unloaded and properly packaged and must be sent through a carrier that can provide a tracking number. CZ-USA will not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF YOUR PACKAGE.

CZ-USA is obligated to follow all local, state and federal laws. Any item sent to CZ-USA for warranty service which CZ-USA in its sole discretion reasonably and in good faith believes is illegal or otherwise unlawful for CZ-USA to return to you, and / or illegal or unlawful for you to possess in your jurisdiction, will not be returned back to you, nor will you be compensated for it.
