Jeff Gonzales brings decades of operational, instructional and firearms training experience to CZ-USA as a member of the company's Marketing & Communications team, public-facing brand representative and product advisor.

A former U.S. Navy SEAL and instructor, Jeff spent more than a decade in Naval Special Warfare, where his assignments included operational deployments and training responsibilities. That experience helped shape an approach centered on preparation, measurable performance and developing skills that work when they matter most.

Following his military career, Jeff founded Trident Concepts, a firearms and tactical training company focused on structured instruction and performance standards. He has since become a nationally recognized firearms and tactics instructor, working with military, law enforcement and responsible civilian shooters while helping advance modern training methods.

Jeff joined CZ-USA in 2026, bringing that real-world experience directly into the organization. In addition to supporting CZ's marketing and communications efforts, he serves as a public-facing representative of CZ and Dan Wesson and works with product teams to provide feedback and insight informed by his background as an operator, instructor and end user. 

His role connects product, training and communication with a common objective: helping ensure the performance engineered into CZ firearms translates to the people who use them.
